This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for paid Govyrl plans.
Subscriptions
Paid plans renew according to the billing cycle shown at checkout unless cancelled.
Cancellations
You may cancel future renewals from account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation stops the next charge; it does not automatically refund the current period unless required by law or explicitly approved.
Refund requests
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days with your account email and invoice details. We review requests individually.
