Govyrl helps businesses automate Instagram content creation and publishing. Users connect an Instagram Business account, upload product or service images, configure a business profile, and receive a personalized monthly content calendar.

The platform generates AI-created reels, image posts, captions, hashtags, and posting schedules based on your industry, products, and marketing goals. You may review, edit, regenerate, or delete content before publication. Approved or unchanged content may be published to Instagram at the scheduled time.

We collect information you provide directly, information from connected services, and certain technical data.

We use collected information to operate, maintain, and improve Govyrl, including to:

• Create AI-generated content tailored to your business
• Build and manage monthly content calendars
• Schedule and publish Instagram posts on your behalf
• Store uploaded assets and generated media
• Authenticate users and secure accounts
• Provide customer support
• Improve recommendations and platform performance
• Monitor application reliability, security, and usage
• Send service-related communications
• Process payments where applicable

We use trusted third-party providers to deliver the Service. These providers process data only as needed to perform services on our behalf and in accordance with applicable agreements and privacy requirements.

• Amazon Web Services (AWS): cloud storage, databases, queues, and content delivery, including Amazon S3, DynamoDB, SQS, and CloudFront
• Meta: Instagram Graph API for account connection, publishing, and analytics
• OpenAI: AI text generation and related content assistance
• Google OAuth: authentication
• Microsoft OAuth: authentication
• Resend or Amazon SES: transactional email delivery
• Stripe: payment processing for paid plans

Third-party services may have their own privacy policies governing how they handle information. We encourage you to review those policies.

User-uploaded images and videos are stored securely in Amazon S3 or equivalent secure cloud storage. Business information, account data, calendars, and application records are stored in secure cloud databases.

AI-generated content is retained to provide the Service, allow review and editing, support publishing workflows, and maintain content history. We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information:

• With service providers that help us operate the platform
• With Meta when you authorize Instagram publishing or analytics features
• When required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request
• To protect the rights, safety, and security of Govyrl, our users, and others
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate safeguards

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

• Delete uploaded assets
• Disconnect your Instagram account
• Delete your Govyrl account
• Request deletion of personal information

You may request deletion of your account and associated business data by contacting govyrl.ai@gmail.com or by using the in-app account deletion option, where available.

After receiving a verified deletion request, we will delete or anonymize personal information within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention, billing records, or dispute resolution.

We use industry-standard safeguards designed to protect your information, including:

• Encryption in transit using HTTPS
• Secure cloud infrastructure
• Access controls and authentication protections
